Enquiry Based - Web Agents: A Crash Course

In our operations we use a number of Web Agencies that will deal with us on an enquiry basis meaning that we are required to either send them a quote or place the prices into their systems.

Below is a listing of these agencies and which process and/or exceptions are used whilst dealing with them.

  • HomeAway Group
    • Stayz
      • Utilise the Standard Quote Process, when creating the quote you must set the "Company/Agent" to Stayz.com.au and if selling a Wholesale Property you will need to select the Agent with XS on the end, and this will allow for correct pricing and tracking.

    • Rent-A-Home
      • Utilise the Rent-A-Home Specific Procedures as you are required to access their "Owner Area" to provide availability and pricing.

    • HomeAway
      • Utilise the Standard Quote Process, when creating the quote you must set the "Company/Agent" to HomeAway Australia and if selling a Wholesale Property you will need to select the HomeAway Australia -  XS agent, and this will allow for pricing and correct tracking.
