Bookings that have been paid may either be refunded, less penalty or value may be held in credit for up to 6 months. When putting a booking into credit, you need send a follow up request so we are aware. If a guest is cancelling their booking, can you please advise a reason if advised in the notes, and advise the guests to quote their reservation number when they wish to use the credit.
