SSS DRW Change Policy

Most ShortStays Specialists Managed Properties share Cancellation and Change Policy, this may not be as enforced with a number of our corporate clients, if they are saying that they have always had flexibility and are unhappy with the policy, please refer them to either Melissa or Bryce and it will be dealt with at our discretion.

Change Policy:
Days Prior to Arrival: Extensions Permitted subject to availability
14+:          No Penalty - subject to availability
0-14:         Full Booking Cost - subject to availability - at SSS Management Discretion

Bookings that have been paid may either be refunded, less penalty or value may be held in credit for up to 6 months. When putting a booking into credit, you need send a follow up request so we are aware. If a guest is cancelling their booking, can you please advise a reason if advised in the notes, and advise the guests to quote their reservation number when they wish to use the credit.

Stnd =               Standard Rate
